Monday (July 1) Justice Md. The writ petition was presented for hearing in the High Court bench of Nazrul Islam Talukder and Justice Kazi Ibadat Hossain.
Supreme Court lawyer Subir Nandi Das filed the writ in the concerned division of the High Court.
In the writ, 10 people including Cabinet Secretary, Public Administration Secretary, Home Secretary, ACC Chairman, Bangladesh Bank Governor were made defendants.
Petitioner lawyer Subir Nandi Das said, I have submitted the petition to the authorities as per the proper rules mentioned in the Accounts of Government Officials-Employees' Assets Act, as well as seeking instructions to publish it on the website.
