Still, it is our responsibility to keep ourselves healthy. Some wrong actions can increase the heat. There are also some activities that will reduce the feeling of heat, you can get relief even in intense heat. Let’s know what strategies can be adopted to get relief in intense heat-

In summer, first of all, you should pay attention to food. Because there are many foods that can increase our feeling of heat. There are some foods that will reduce heat. So first of all choose those foods, which give you comfort. Avoid heavy and spicy food as much as possible in summer. Eat light food instead. Choose foods that are easily digested. The body will feel some relief.

It is better not to eat or drink outside. In summer, many people buy and eat sherbet from the side of the road. This cannot be done. Because those syrups are not made with pure water. There is fear of various diseases and germs. When going out, it is important to carry medicine, a bottle of water, syrup or saline with you. Try to eat seasonal fruits as much as possible and also keep foods like curd, milk, lemon, cucumber, vegetables in the food list. As digestion will be good, it will also be healthy during summer. Mint leaves are helpful in preventing dehydration.

Clothing awareness

Sweating a lot during summer. So you have to be conscious in choosing clothes. Loose, cotton, khadi and light colored clothes can be the most comfortable in this summer. Half sleeves can be worn instead of full sleeves. In terms of color, it is better to choose white, gray, light green or light pink colors. Taking a bath before sleep will help you sleep better.
