The vegetable market has stabilized after the formation of the interim government in the anti-discrimination movement. However, the price of fish cannot be controlled. Although there is enough supply of fish in the market, the price is not decreasing at all. Buyers are expressing their anger.

Buyers complain that the price of fish has been high for a long time. Meanwhile, no one in the government is paying attention. Pangas, tilapia, farmed koi fish prices are also high. And common buyers do not have the ability to buy good quality fish. The prices of many things in the market are lower than before, except for fish.
The vendors say that the supply of fish in the market is little. The main reason for this is that farmers’ fish have been washed away by floods in different parts of the country. As a result, the supply is less than the demand in the market. That is why the price of all types of fish in the market is higher. Since the price of fish feed (food) has increased several times over the last two years, the price of fish in the market has increased. If the price of feed decreases, the price of all types of fish may decrease again.
