The word Hakim occurs in two places in the Holy Scriptures. And in organizational terms it is very significant and important. Basically, the Rookans are the core strength of the organization and the workers of Bayat. So as they are dignified, above all their responsibilities are also very high. So the sworn workers of Jamaat should devote themselves to inculcate leadership qualities in themselves. Proper practice of Qur’an, Sunnah and Islamic literature should be done in order to increase one’s ability to lead competently in the Islamic movement. For a successful revolution there is no substitute for extending invitations to people’s homes. He urged the Rukans to be ready to make any sacrifice for the welfare of the country and nation.

At the same time the acceptance and popularity of Jamaat is increasing now. Common people’s interest in Jamaat increased; Mass tide is being created. And Jamaat Rukons have to play the role of vanguard to protect the independence and sovereignty of the country. He called upon all those who are able to play their proper role in the welfare of the country and the nation by utilizing the victory achieved.
