According to the notification, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will be given a formal welcome at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in the forecourt of New Delhi on the morning of June 22. The Prime Minister will take the armed salute and inspect the guard of honour. At this time, the national anthems of the two countries will be played. The official photograph of the Prime Minister with the President of India will be taken during this reception. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will then lay wreaths and sign the visitation book at Mahatma Gandhi’s mausoleum at Raj Ghat.
The notification also said that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will visit Hyderabad House on the occasion of an official meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the same day. There will be a private meeting with the Prime Minister of India at Hyderabad House. Discussions at delegation level and exchange of MoUs and agreements signed between the two countries and press statements of the two leaders were organized here. A state lunch is also scheduled to be held in honor of the Prime Minister of Bangladesh.
