Prime Minister congratulates the freedom fighters on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina congratulated all the brave freedom fighters of the country on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
On the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Azha, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina handed over fruits and sweets to the family members of the martyred freedom fighters and freedom fighters at the War Wounded Freedom Fighters Rehabilitation Center (Mukti Joddha Tower-1) located on Ghaznavi Road in Mohammadpur of the capital on Monday morning.

The brave freedom fighters praised the visionary and strong leadership of the Prime Minister and said that after brutally killing the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his family on August 15, 1975, the freedom fighters who seized power illegally did not appreciate the freedom fighters but harassed and disrespected them in various ways. The dictators did not stop there. They have tarnished the glorious history of this country by distorting history.
They also said that Sheikh Hasina, the daughter of the father of the nation, brought back democracy and the rule of law in the country after the formation of the government in 1996. At the same time, the freedom fighters have been seated in the right place of honor.
Prime Minister’s Assistant Press Secretary said that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has fulfilled all the necessary steps to establish a developing Bangladesh by 2021 as per her promise. In the days ahead, he is working tirelessly to achieve the SDGs by 2030 and to establish a prosperous and ‘smart Bangladesh’ free of hunger and poverty by 2041.
