Secretary General of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and former MP Professor Mia Golam Parwar spoke as the chief guest at the exchange meeting organized by Magura District Jamaat in the local circuit house hall room.
Mr. Mubarak Hossain, member of Central Executive Council and director of Jessore-Kushtia region, spoke as a special guest at the meeting on Sunday (August 25) at 4 pm
Khulna Metropolitan Amir Professor Mahfuzur Rahman, Khulna District Assistant Secretary Professor Mia Golam Quddus, Magura District Nayeb Amir Hafez Maulana Liaqat Ali and others also spoke in the exchange meeting.
Chief guest Mia Golam Parwar said, ‘We have spoken to about 1,000 relatives from all over Bangladesh and heard about their heartache and pain. We can never remove the pain of losing their relatives. But we can be a little sharer of their suffering. We are trying our best. We want to be by their side in happiness and sorrow all our lives, we want that opportunity from the great Lord.
The whole country is remembering you today for your martyred children. Allah has increased your dignity and honor many times. Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami will always be by your family’s side from now on and will support you inshallah.

Special guest Mr. Mubarak Hossain said, ‘We could not sleep peacefully for 15 years. Thousands of our activists have been subjected to inhuman torture. Today we have got a peaceful environment thanks to the mass revolution of the students. Abu Saeed-Mugdha sacrificed their precious lives for our second freedom. So we should honor and remember them properly. The injured should be provided medical care under state management. The disabled should be rehabilitated by the state. The families of martyrs are helpless today. It is the moral responsibility of 17 crore people of the country to stand by them. Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Amir Dr. from this sense of responsibility. Today we came to Magura on behalf of Shafiqur Rahman. We are trying to reach every family of the martyrs across the country, tracing them. By the infinite mercy of the great Lord, our hand of help to them continues, Alhamdulillah.’
