In a press conference organized at the Secretariat on Wednesday, he said that some cases have already been filed for the trial of massacres and shootings during the quota reform movement.
But many people, including student organizations and human rights organizations in the streets, are demanding that this should be investigated as a crime against humanity. We have seen that those responsible for the July genocide can be prosecuted under the International Criminal Tribunal.’
Mentioning that the investigation team will work under the United Nations, he said, “No one will be spared” who are involved in this murder, including the Prime Minister of the previous government, Sheikh Hasina.
