Jamaat-e-Islami came to this office last in 2011. After that, Jamaat-e-Islami, which was cornered during the ruling Awami League government, could never come to this office again. Meanwhile, Jamaat-e-Islami has agreed to the proposal of the coordinators of the anti-discrimination student movement to see Nobel-winning economist Professor Muhammad Yunus as the head of the interim government.
