Bangabhir Quader Siddiqui, the founding president of the Krishak Sramik Janata League, said that the Awami League was guilty of the same mistake that led to the downfall of the proletariat, but the BNP is committing the same mistake after the fall of the government.
Jamaat has not taken over baby stands, temp stands, or taken over markets to collect donations, but BNP is doing this. Earlier, Awami League used to collect donations from where, now BNP collects donations from there. They may have increased the collection rate. They take whatever they can from the forest, whatever they can get from the police station. They take whatever share they can get. But Jamaat did not take it. The presidents of all schools and colleges are BNP.
He made these remarks at an extended meeting of the upazila branch of the Krishak Sramik Janata League in front of his residence in Sakhipur, Tangail on Saturday (December 7) afternoon.
Quader Siddiqui said, Sheikh Hasina’s Awami League will not work, Maulana Bhashani’s Awami League will have to be. Bangabandhu’s Awami League will have to be, not Sheikh Hasina’s. No matter how much oppression you do, how much neglect you do to people, Allah will get angry, that is what has happened to Hasina. But Allah will also have to see the suffering that other people are going through because of Hasina. I am sure Allah will see that too.
He further said, if someone thinks they will erase independence, erase Bangabandhu, erase Quader Siddiqui, they live in a fool’s paradise. As long as there is independence, we will remain. The conspiracy that is happening is also not good. What India is doing is also not good. America is saying that it will install Sheikh Hasina, whether her name is Trump, Trump or not, even her father will not be able to do it. We are not America, Bangladesh. Kissinger also tried but could not, we have achieved victory. Unfortunately, we do not have proper leadership, we do not have authority, that is why we are helpless.
