Mohammad Ali Khokon has been elected as the president of Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA) again. He is the Chairman of Maxons Group.
He was elected president unopposed for the 2023-25 term, BTMA said in its statement.
According to the statement, Election Commission Chairman Abul Bashar announced the names of the president, three vice-presidents and 23 directors who were elected unopposed.
The three elected vice-presidents are – from yarn production category. Fazlul Haque, from Fabrics Manufacturing Category. Faizur Rahman Bhuiyan and from the dyeing-printing category. Saleud Zaman Khan.
