Due to financial crisis and family dispute, son hacked his mother to death in Nazirpur, Pirojpur. Police Superintendent of Police of Pirojpur Muhammad Shariful Islam said in a press conference last night that the police have arrested the accused Jatish Bala from Sriramkathi Union North Jaipur of Nazirpur Upazila of Pirojpur.Deceased Jutika Bala (50) is the wife of Narayan Bala of North Jaipur village of Sriramkathi union of Nazirpur upazila of the district.Superintendent of Police of Pirojpur Muhammad Shariful Islam said that a woman named Jutika Bala was hacked to death in Sriramkathi Union North Jaipur area of Nazirpur upazila on Thursday night. Immediately after the incident, the police went to the spot and started the investigation. Later, after investigating various matters, Jatish Bala, the eldest son of the deceased, was interrogated. Later, Jatish confessed to the police that he had killed his mother with a sharp knife.Accused Jatish confessed to the police that he was angry with his mother for a long time due to various financial crises and family disputes. So Jatish premeditatedly hacked his mother to death on Thursday night with a knife in the house.Superintendent of Police Muhammad Shariful Islam also said that the victim’s husband, Narayan Bala, has filed a murder case at Nazirpur police station.Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime and Ops) Mukit Hasan Khan, Additional Superintendent of Police (Sadar Circle) Md.
