A storm with a maximum speed of 60 km can blow over 13 regions of the country including Dhaka. The river ports in these areas have been asked to display warning signal number 1.
Weather forecast for inland river ports of the country till 1 pm today Sunday. This has been said in the weather forecast signed by Hafizur Rahman.
The forecast says- Temporarily gusty or gusty winds of 45-60 km per hour from south or south-east over Rangpur, Tangail, Mymensingh, Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar, Dhaka, Faridpur, Khulna, Barisal, Patuakhali, Noakhali, Comilla and Sylhet regions. There may be rain or thundershowers.
