General Secretary of Awami League and Minister of Road Transport and Bridges Obaidul Quader said, Awami League is the name of moving forward with bright feet against long struggle, movement, storm, darkness and dictatorship.

He also said, ‘Awami League is the institution that plays a leading role in establishing the right of the people of Bangladesh to vote and get rice. The age of this institution is 75 years.

He said these things in the speech of the chief guest at the discussion meeting organized in front of the party’s central office on the occasion of the 75th founding anniversary of Awami League on Saturday (June 29) afternoon.

Obaidul Quader said, ‘We stand in the procession of death and sing the victory of life. We stand on the ruins and fly the flag of creation. Our roots are deep in the soil of Bangladesh. We are born from the crowd. We are not a group that raised arms and seized power last night. We fought a liberation war with the people among the people under the leadership of Bangabandhu.

Referring to BNP’s new program called ‘Made in London’, Obaidul Quader said that the movement of BNP leaders is not as strong as their mouths. The movement of BNP is a gang of two clans. Awami League is not upset at all. BNP’s new program is called ‘Made in London’.

Talking about the BNP movement, he said, BNP talks big. Their movement is fake. The name of fear in BNP is Tarek Rahman. At midnight the order came from across the Thames.
