One adultery is worse than 10 murders: High Court

The High Court also commented that one estrangement is worse than 10 murders. Those who commit or attempt such fornication are as guilty as murderers. He also commented that the High Court cannot condone such crimes.

On Thursday (June 13), a bench consisting of Justice Md. Rahul Quddus and Justice Md. Ali Raza, in a case filed against Rabin, a divorced woman from Magura on social media Facebook and WhatsApp, in a case of molestation on charges of sexual harassment and marriage proposal. He made this comment at the bail hearing of the accused.

The court rejected the bail application of the accused and ordered. Describing adultery as a crime, the court said one adultery is worse than 10 murders.

Advocate Md. Zakir Haider heard the bail application in the court today. Deputy Attorney General AKM Amin Uddin Manik was in the hearing of the state side.

Deputy Attorney General AKM Amin Uddin Manik said that after meeting and dating Robin Ali of Dhaka with a divorced woman of Magura district, they exchanged pictures of each other on Facebook Whatom app. At one stage of the film transaction, Robin black mailed the woman and made a negative proposal. This woman got angry and filed a case because of the bad proposal. Today the court rejected the bail application of Robin Ali.

He said, during the hearing, the High Court also made several comments recalling the social degradation. The court said that those who commit such adultery are committing a crime. The High Court has also commented that one adultery is a crime equal to 10 murders. He also said that the High Court cannot condone such crimes in any way.

The accused was arrested on April 15. The accused has been in jail since then. Failing to get bail in the judicial court, bail was sought in the High Court. Earlier, on April 4, a case was filed at Magura Sadar Police Station under the Pornography Act.

According to Ejaha, the woman divorced her husband a year ago due to her marital discord. He has two daughters. After the divorce, the accused met on the social media Facebook. After being introduced on Facebook, the accused kept giving various inducements and promised to marry the woman.

Believes in Asami’s words and develops a love affair with him. After developing a love relationship with the accused, he used to talk to her several times through video calls on various social media including WhatsApp. Some photographs of women’s family members were passed on to the accused because of the accused being in a love affair and promising to marry. The accused met the woman’s family members at a restaurant in Jhenaidah, saying that he would marry the woman.

While meeting the accused, the woman rummaged through the mobile phone used by the woman and took the Facebook ID of the woman. My brother filed a general diary regarding his younger brother’s facebook id.

It said the accused took advantage of the woman’s vulnerability and simplicity by capturing obscene still images/videos of the woman on his mobile phone without permission while talking on video calls and collected skin samples. Later, the accused demanded money from her and asked her to have physical relations with him at various places. If the accused did not agree to the words of the accused, Robin Ali threatened to spread the obscene still images/videos on his mobile phone and spread them through social media.

On the day of the incident last January 9, around 8 o’clock, the woman’s brother Asif Bin Tariq (15) edited the pictures of his wife’s Facebook ID and started posting obscene nude pictures. Since then, she has been releasing pornographic nude photos every day.
