This summer vacation has been reduced in educational institutions under the Ministry of Education. Although this holiday is scheduled to last till July 2, educational institutions will be opened from June 26 (Wednesday).
However, Saturday will remain a weekend holiday as before.
Ministry of Information and Public Relations Officer Mohammad Abul Khair told the media that the Ministry of Education has taken this decision on Thursday (June 20).
According to the syllabus, this year the holy Eid-ul-Azha and summer vacation started on June 13, which was supposed to last till July 2.
It should be noted that at the beginning of the year, the Ministry of Education announces the holiday list of educational institutions, the schedule of various tests and evaluations. Madrasa and Technical Educational Institute holiday list is published by Secondary and Higher Education Department and Madrasa and Technical Education Department by Technical and Madrasa Education Department.
On the other hand, from the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, the holiday list of the primary schools of the country, the schedule of various tests and evaluations are informed. This is known as the ‘Curriculum’.
