A notification was issued by the Ministry of Law appointing them on Tuesday (October 8) by order of the President. After the oath ceremony, they will start the proceedings as judges.

The notification signed by Gholam Rabbani states that His Excellency the President appoints additional judges of the Supreme Court, High Court Division of Bangladesh for a period of not more than two years from the date of taking oath of the 23 persons mentioned in (a)-(b) below by virtue of Article 98 of the Constitution of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. did

Abdul Mannan, Tamanna Rahman, Md. Shafiul Alam Mahmud, Md. Hamidur Rahman, Nasreen Akhtar, Sathika Hossain, Syed Mohammad Tajrul Hossain, Md.
