Some members of the Indian border guarding force BSF were going from one place to another in Jammu and Kashmir by bus. An accident happened on the way, the army bus fell into the gorge. Three BSF personnel were killed and 6 injured.
Local police said that the condition of the injured is serious.
Indian media NDTV reported on Friday that BSF personnel in seven buses were on their way to perform duties in Kashmir’s parliamentary elections. Among them, the casualty occurred when a bus fell into the gorge. There were 35 members of BSF in that bus.
According to the media, the army bus fell off the road and fell into a 40 feet deep ditch. At that time several people were seriously injured. Three of them lost their lives. All the injured have been taken to hospital for treatment.
