Lebanon Israel tensions have reached extreme levels. The agitation has reached its peak with the explosion of pagers and walkie-talkies by Lebanese resistance fighters. Lebanon carried out 17 attacks on Israel in the midst of reciprocal tension.
On Friday (September 20), Qatar-based media Al Jazeera reported this information.
It said that Lebanese resistance fighters have carried out at least 17 attacks in the northern border areas of Israel. The attack was carried out on military positions.
The group’s latest statement said attacks on Israel will continue. Most of these attacks were carried out on Friday morning.
On the other hand, Israel attacked Hezbollah’s position. They said that at least 70 airstrikes have been carried out targeting Hezbollah positions in different places.
Earlier, the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah blamed Israel for the Pager blast and vowed to take revenge. In a statement on Wednesday (September 18), Hezbollah said it was committed to retaliating for the attack.
In a statement, Hezbollah said, “Like any other day, they will continue their operations in support of Gaza, the people of Gaza and their resistance.” But the criminal enemy (Israel) for Tuesday’s killings is awaiting severe punishment. The enemy has created a path of retaliation separate from the ongoing counterattack.’
Meanwhile, a harsh message has also come from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. In a phone conversation with Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati, Erdoğan said that Israeli attempts to spread regional conflicts are extremely dangerous.
In a phone call, Erdogan expressed his grief over the Pager attack and prayed for those who lost their lives. He wished speedy recovery of the injured. Erdoğan also said Israel’s efforts to spread conflict in the region are extremely dangerous and efforts to stop Israeli aggression will continue.
Apart from this, Iran has also pointed the finger at Israel. According to the website of the country’s President Massoud Pezheskian, the explosion of Pager proves once again that Western powers and the United States support the crimes, genocide, and assassinations of the Zionists.
