The organization takes a step forward in the future. And the strengthening of our organization means that there will be an end to oppression from that field. The tomb of torture and misrule will be created.
He said that it is easiest to take away the rights of workers in our society. Because no one speaks when workers’ rights are taken away. does not prevent Does not say that the act is wrong. Workers can be treated unfairly because the workers are not organized. If the workers were organized today, no one would have treated them unjustly, tortured them. The workers’ fair wages could not be tampered with. He did not dare to impose inhuman workload on the workers.
Shamsul Islam said that the workers should come forward to protect the rights of the workers. No one will give up workers’ rights voluntarily. If the workers unite, the oppressor will flee. Employers will be forced to stop fighting for fair wages. We want to rally the workers under an ideological banner. The labor brothers have to play a leading role in bringing the workers under the umbrella of ideology. For the liberation of the workers in this world and the hereafter, the unique ideals of Islam must be presented to them. It should be pointed out to them that they have no freedom without Islam.
