Many students were injured in the mass uprising of the students against the Sheikh Hasina government. They are under treatment in government and private hospitals in different parts of the country including Dhaka. The interim government has already assured to take all measures for their better treatment. This time the army has also announced to stand by the injured students.
It was informed by the army that necessary steps have been taken by the Bangladesh Army to provide urgent and advanced medical care to the students injured (under treatment) in the anti-discrimination student movement.

The statement of the army also said that the Bangladesh Army is wishing for the speedy recovery of the injured students in the anti-discrimination student movement. Besides, the injured students are always active in providing maximum support in getting the necessary emergency medical care.
