Two more people died of dengue in the last 24 hours till 8 am on Friday. These two died in two city hospitals in Dhaka. They are male and female and aged between 20 and 30 years. 321 people were admitted to hospital with dengue in one day.
This information was informed in the notification of the Department of Health. It is said that among those who were infected and admitted to hospital in one day, there are six people in Barisal division, 19 in Chittagong division, 65 in Dhaka division, 88 in Dhaka North City Corporation, 78 in Dhaka South City Corporation, 15 in Khulna division, 22 in Mymensingh division and 28 in Rajshahi division.
In one day, 1,118 dengue patients were discharged from the hospital across the country. A total of 24 thousand 620 people have received clearance in this year. A total of 27 thousand 705 people have been affected by dengue this year till Friday. Among them, 62.9 percent are men and 37.1 percent are women. 143 people have died of dengue so far this year.
