Former Minister of State for Home Affairs Tanzim Ahmed Sohel Taj said, Sheikh Hasina betrayed me, betrayed Awami League, betrayed Bangladesh.
Sohail Taj said these things in response to a question after participating in a conversation on Kanak Sarwar’s YouTube channel Kanak Sarwar News on Monday.
Kanak Sarwar asks Sohail Taj why he has resigned from the post of Minister of State for Home after five months of assuming office. In response, Sohel Taj said, I was inspired while taking charge that there will be a qualitative change in Bangladesh. A systemic change will come. I made the election out of that belief. I took the responsibility of the state minister.
He said, But I feel completely betrayed. I had faith in our Prime Minister. She Betrayed Me, She Betrayed The Party, Awami League, She Betrayed Bangladesh. Bikaz, if we were to do the day change charter, which we promised to the people, that picture would have been available in the first six months. But we did not go in that direction, but by maintaining the traditional political culture, we are on the path of further destruction.
