90 percent agreement on Israel-Hamas ceasefire: Blinken

US Secretary of State Blinken said that Israel and Hamas are now fully responsible for reaching a full agreement on the ceasefire. Blinken urged the two sides to agree on the remaining 10 percent and sign a cease-fire agreement. News from Deutsche Welle.
