He said that in order to pass a plan from Rajuk, officials and employees have to go around for a long time. Especially the officials-employees below the rank of Rajuk are the most corrupt. They have made Raju an arena of irregularities and corruption. Architects should be included in the plan approval to stop this harassment. It will reduce the suffering of the citizens.In a press conference at the press club on Monday (September 2), Professor Dr. trencher Bangladesh Institute of Architects organized this press conference titled ‘Expectations of Bangladesh Institute of Architects towards Interim Government and Public Interest’.Khandkar Sabbir Ahmed said, Capital Development Authority (Rajuk) has been trading plots since birth. The matter is at such a stage that trade seems to be their only occupation. But their role in making Dhaka a planned city is always questionable. So Rajuk’s plot trading should be stopped. Rajuk should be poured. Greater public interest should be given importance.Commenting that Rajuk has made this city dangerous, Khandaker Sabbir Ahmed said that most of the roads in Dhaka city are small. But big buildings have been built on both sides of the road. There is no sidewalk in front of the building. Thus Rajuk has made the city unfit for buses.
