According to the notification, DC or his nominated representative in the district level educational institutions, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) at the upazila level and Divisional Commissioner or the nominated representative of the Divisional Commissioner in the metropolitan area have been given the responsibility of the President. They will perform this duty until further orders.
