Adviser to BNP Chairperson and former opposition chip whip Zainul Abdin Farooq has demanded an immediate raid on the residences of MPs of the defunct National Assembly.

He raised this demand in front of the National Press Club in the capital on Sunday afternoon.

Zainul Abdeen said, ‘Those parliamentarians who are unelected, who have looted thousands of crores of rupees and have committed corruption in the electricity sector in Bangladesh, have committed corruption in the road department, who have not given the chance to establish the rule of law in the judicial department, some of those unelected parliamentarians should be seen by the people. can ‘

He said, as a persecuted political activist, I will demand from the Home Affairs Advisor of the Interim Government that we will not take the law into our own hands. Arrest them immediately. In the January 7 non-voting dummy election, 300 MPs will receive thousands of dollars in their homes. Search, start investigation, everything will come out. We are ready to assist you.

Zainul Abdin Farooq, referring to his brutal torture by the Awami League government, said that he was tortured for 16 years even though his life was exchanged. I don’t want to be tortured anymore. In the words of Tariq Rahman in a democratic country I will cast my vote to have an election in the country based on this right. Through that election the people of the country will get their rights back and no one will have to come to the streets.

This human chain was organized to demand the arrest and trial of Sheikh Hasina and her associates on the initiative of the Trinamool Citizen Movement.

Demanding to build a hostel in the name of the students by constructing a building in the house allocated for Khaleda Zia on Shaheed Moinul Road in Dhaka Cantonment, this chief whip of the former opposition party said, “We want to say that the government gave Khaleda Zia a house in the cantonment. We were not allowed to enter that day, the madam was thrown out of the government-barred house with her bare hands by Sheikh Hasina in political revenge. Today in Bangladesh, the people’s demand to the interim government is that the house number 32 of Dhanmondi should be made a 10-storey building and a hostel of Dhaka College should be named after Abu Saeed.

Zainul Abdin Farooq said that Sheikh Hasina has not read history. He said, no power on earth can move him. But the cruel irony of history. Abu Saeed, the movement that took place in the heart of Dhaka in exchange for the blood of Mochad, forced Sheikh Hasina to steal and run away. Pride does not please God.

He said, you (Sheikh Hasina) have done the killing in this anti-discrimination movement. You gave the order to fire from the helicopter. The order to fire on anti-discrimination students came from you. Those who gave their lives are not among us today, the smell of their blood has not yet dried, people have not forgotten their sacrifice. Where is Sheikh Hasina today? Where is Salman today, where is Anisul Haque? Anisul Haque used to talk with a frown, you are now in jail and Khaleda Zia is under the free sky. Everything is God’s will, everything is God’s mercy.

President of Trinamool Citizen Movement and Central Leader of Nationalist Farmers Party Mofizur Rahman Liton presided over this position program, Executive Committee of BNP Bilkis Islam, Maulana Shah Md. Leaders of various organizations including Nesharul Haque spoke.
