Jamaat calls on the administration to help improve the law and order situation

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami called upon the administration to effectively assist in improving the law and order situation in the country.

In a meeting of the party’s political committee on Friday (August 9), convener of the committee, Secretary General and former MP Professor Mia Golam Parwar called for this. In the meeting, the prevailing situation in the country was discussed in detail.

Golam Parwar said in his speech that Bangladesh was freed from dictatorship in exchange of the blood of students. We are grateful to Almighty Allah and we sincerely congratulate the students. Respect and honor to all the students who gave their lives in this movement and those who were injured and maimed. Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami always respects and honors this contribution of students. They will be honored as national heroes.

He said that the interim government was sworn in on August 8. The responsibilities of various ministries have already been distributed among the advisers. We are the chief advisor. Congratulations to all the members of the Advisory Council including Muhammad Yunus. That they can ensure justice by arresting and handing over to the courts those involved in the main objective of the student uprising and establishing the rule of law, justice and human rights in the country, corruption, money looting, money laundering abroad and genocide, the nation owes them expecting

He also said that we call upon the people of the country from all walks of life, especially the leaders and activists of Jamaat-e-Islami and Islami Chhatrashibir, to effectively assist the administration in improving the law and order situation of the country. At the same time, I am calling again to continue the role of watchman so that no destructive activities take place in the country, attacks on people of different religions and no loss of life and property.
