A passenger bus overturned after losing control in Chittagong’s Sitakunda. Meanwhile, the fire service has started rescue work.
The accident took place on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway in Fakirhat area of Faujdarhat on Saturday around 9 am.
This was confirmed by the Mobilizing Officer (MO) of Chittagong Fire Service.
He said that around 9 am, a bus lost control and fell into a ditch. As soon as the information is received, a unit of the fire service is starting to rescue.
However, no casualties have been reported so far.
Traffic is temporarily stopped in this incident.
