He came from the remote Charanchal bamboo cart and was waiting since morning for a signature from Upazila Chairman Lucky. But after waiting for a long time, the old woman returned home without finding him. People like Falani who came to take many services are returning home after waiting for hours without getting the upazila parishad chairman.
Incidentally, Raipura Upazila Parishad elections were scheduled to be held on May 29. But the EC postponed the election due to the murder of a vice chairman candidate. After that, the new schedule has not been announced so far. And until the new election, Laila Kaniz Lucky remains in charge as Raipura Upazila Chairman.
