Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has commented that bullets and bombs will not be needed, if they are separated from the people, they will end already. He said, ‘People are my life force. This should be remembered. If I am separated from the people, I will not need bullets anymore, I will be finished already.’
He made this comment in a speech given at the Durbar organized at Shapla Hall of his office (PMO) on Wednesday on the occasion of the 38th foundation anniversary of SSF. Khabar bus
Sheikh Hasina said, I will say one thing for sure, we do politics. I have no more energy. Power is only the people. I walk with the power of those people.
He said, ‘I know that it is a difficult responsibility not to be isolated. Even then, we have to keep an eye on the fact that we do politics for these people. Walking with people. And let’s not be separated from those with whom I work for the people of the country.’
Sheikh Hasina said this is what she always says to SSF members and sometimes gets angry. So these things need to be seen with some sensitivity. He also mentioned that when he was not in the government, the people of this country and the party people were by his side.
The daughter of the father of the nation said, ‘My politics is for these people, my goal is to change their fortunes and improve their quality of life. So I cannot be separated from these people. Because, they are the ones who give me all the energy to move. I request everyone to remember this.’
