Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the stipend and tuition fee distribution program for the financial year 2023-24 among meritorious students from secondary to graduation (pass) and equivalent level.
On Monday (June 24) morning, the program was inaugurated at Osmani Smriti Auditorium in the capital at a function organized by the Ministry of Education.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said, I am really happy that we have developed digital Bangladesh, this is an example of that. What has just been inaugurated is the stipend and tuition fees for poor and meritorious students of graduation (pass) and equivalent level. It will be transferred to each account in a fully digital manner. You can collect yourself. That is the method we followed. We are happy to launch it digitally.
Under the chairmanship of Education Minister Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury, Prime Minister’s Advisor on Education and Cultural Affairs Dr. Kamal Abdul Nasser Chowdhury, State Minister for Education Begum Shamsunnahar, Secondary and Higher Education Department Secretary Soleman Khan were also present in the event.
