On the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, Biman Bangladesh Airlines is operating additional flights in addition to scheduled flights on domestic routes for the convenience of passengers.
Aviation officials said on Thursday that 20 additional flights will be operated before Eid and 9 after Eid to various destinations on domestic routes. They said that every year on the occasion of Eid, the pressure of passengers on domestic routes increases. Because of this, Biman operates extra flights.
Biman Public Relations Manager Al Masud Khan told Samakal that Biman Bangladesh operates extra flights every year on the occasion of Eid to ensure smooth travel of passengers without traffic jams. Domestic flights are departing from Dhaka every day.
