The prices of food and daily commodities have been increasing in Bangladesh for the past few years.

Last May, the food inflation rate crossed double digits. Last month this rate was 10.76 percent.

According to data from the Bureau of Statistics, the overall price inflation besides food rose to 9.89 percent.

The effect of this price inflation of daily commodities is on everyone’s family account.
