Former army chief MA Aziz is the subject of discussion everywhere including social media. Like lightning without a cloud. Suddenly, the US imposed a ban on Aziz’s family members. A top hundi and gold smuggler were murdered in India. However, his body has not been found yet. It is said that the body was cut into pieces and minced. Benazir Ahmed came forward in the discussion. A Dhaka court has ordered to seize his movable and immovable property and bank accounts. Not only Benazir, the same order has been given regarding his wife and children. Social media has been busy around these three people throughout the week.
These three are discussed as close to the top echelons of the current fascist government. Aziz and Benazir have a lot of labor in establishing the current fascism. They used the state forces against the people of the country to establish Sheikh Hasina’s fascism.
Aziz Ahmed also served as the BGB chief before becoming the army chief. Everyone must remember the massacre at Shapla Chattar by disconnecting the electricity in the dark of May 5, 2013. There is no exact number of people killed that night. There will definitely be an investigation someday in the future. The exact figures and identities of the victims will be known. Because criminal offenses never go away. If necessary, there is an opportunity to investigate even after 100 years.
If proper investigation is conducted, there will be enough evidence of the final sentence of Aziz Ahmed and Benazir Ahmed (two Ahmad). These two Ahmads led the expedition that night. Aziz Ahmed was the chief of BGB and Benazir Ahmed was the chief of Dhaka Metropolitan Police. In their presence, the massacre took place on that night at Shapla Chattar, the head of the fascist government, Sheikh Hasina. To keep Sheikh Hasina in power, bullets and weapons purchased with the people’s money were used in Shapla Chattar. Aziz Ahmed was recently sanctioned by the United States on charges of abuse of power and corruption. Benazir Ahmed was banned in December 2021 for human rights violations.
These two men did not only abuse their power. He was responsible for organizing the farce in the name of election held on December 30, 2018. At that time, Aziz Ahmed was the army chief and Benazir was the director general of RAB. The two played a key role in using state forces to establish fascism with Sheikh Hasina in power.
For the welfare of Sheikh Hasina, the two became the heads of the two important forces of the state. They also tried their best to keep Sheikh Hasina in power by misusing this title. By snatching people’s voting rights, they have killed them freely, starting from sealing ballots at night. They have already become known as murderers and corrupt looters.
They snatched people’s voting rights to keep Sheikh Hasina in power. He has abducted and killed political leaders of different opinions and different paths. This government has now taken the initiative to seize the assets of Benazir Ahmed. The Anti-Corruption Commission has neither the courage nor the ability to take such an initiative going against Sheikh Hasina’s wishes. Similarly, the court of Bangladesh has no jurisdiction to pass orders going against Sheikh Hasina’s wishes. Therefore, Sheikh Hasina is sure to agree to the initiative taken by the Anti-Corruption Commission to confiscate Benazir Ahmed’s assets. As a result of this initiative, the order given by the court also reflected Sheikh Hasina’s wishes. Why Sheikh Hasina is so aggressive on Benazir is now a question of crores of taka. There is no easy answer to this question. However, due to this initiative of Sheikh Hasina, the fragmentary picture of Benazir Ahmed’s looting has been published in front of the people of the country. A one-round media trial has been done for the time being. Benazir Ahmed tried to conduct a media trial by spreading false propaganda against the people. If necessary, he would threaten to find the opposition leaders and activists from underground. Now the government installed by them is publishing the fragmentary picture of Benazir Ahmed’s looting. Whether there is a trial or not, there is a media trial.
And thanks to Al-Jazeera, Aziz Ahmed’s media trial has been done even earlier. Both of them are now milestones in the character of corruption in the police and army. How corrupt the army, RAB and police are is clear from the published pictures of both of them. The army, RAB and police are petted with the money of the people of the country. Yet, they loot the country’s resources and use weapons bought with public money against the people.
At one time it became customary to use the word “patriot” before the army. Since the time of General Moeen U Ahmad, people no longer use the word “patriot” before this force. Because, through this army, India has captured the sovereignty of Bangladesh. General Moin U Ahmed betrayed the entire nation and handed over the sovereignty of the country to India. No one in the force protested. So the whole force is responsible for this. Following this, Sheikh Hasina came to power in January 2009. Many may say that Sheikh Hasina came to power through elections. But the election held on December 29, 2008 was staged. In the autobiography of former President of India (late) Pranab Mukherjee, Moeen has made clear the understanding with U Ahmad.
Therefore, Sheikh Hasina was installed in power on that day to protect India’s interests with the help of the entire force. Later, in 2014, 2018 and 2024, Sheikh Hasina snatched people’s voting rights under the supervision of the army.
Now let’s talk about Anwarul Azim. This person was a farcical MP in the name of controlled elections by the army and police. He was once absconding on charges of gold smuggling and hundi business, human trafficking and murder. The court issued a notice in the newspaper in his absence. In 2007, Bangladesh police arranged a Red Alert with Interpol to find him. Sheikh Hasina nominated this person in three consecutive fake elections. Vote rigging was done under the supervision of the army to make him win. Sheikh Hasina nominated the accused in Interpol’s red alert in 2014 and made him a member of parliament. Police sealed the ballots as the opposition did not participate in the election. The army was under supervision. Anwarul Azim is accused of gold smuggling and murder, who won the election on the night of December 29, 2018 and the election in absentee elections in 2024.
Meanwhile, reports published in various Indian newspapers have said that he was very close to the Sheikh family. The National Assembly is the legislature of the country. It is the responsibility of these MPs to make various laws for the welfare of the country. For the welfare of Sheikh Hasina and Sheikh family, people like Anwarul Azim now make laws for the nation sitting in the parliament.
Not to mention another thing about Anwarul Azim. After 2013, Jhenaidah district became discussed for secret killings. In particular, the emergence of the opposition leaders was abducted and the wounded bodies were found. In 2016, a Chhatra Shibir activist named Sohan was picked up by plainclothes policemen. Hundreds of local people then came to Anwarul Azim’s court to find him and release him. The local people begged him. He also pledged that Sohan’s family would join the Awami League. Then they said on their faces, no one needs to do Awami League. He himself is enough for Awami League. Saying this, he drove people away. Later, Sohan’s mutilated body was found. Sohan’s mother screamed, “If you kill me, why did you take out my child’s eyes?” Under the protection of Benazir Ahmad, these gold smugglers became dangerous in every area.
There is a saying in Bengali proverb – sin does not spare the father. The burden of their sins has become so heavy that the government installed by itself is finding out the account of their sins. The news of Anwarul Azim’s body being cut into pieces is coming out.
