17 people have died in Feni so far due to flash floods that started on August 20.
District administration sources said on Thursday that the number of dead in the district is 17 so far.
Earlier on Tuesday, two deaths were reported in the district.
Feni faced the worst flood in memory due to heavy rains and mountain landslides coming down from the upstream of India.
Six upazilas of the district were flooded. 1 million people were trapped in water. Many were swept away by the falling water.
