The death toll from Israeli attacks in Gaza continues to rise. At least 11 Palestinians, including five children, have been killed in the past 24 hours.
This information was given in a report of Al-Jazeera, a Qatar-based media outlet, on Tuesday.
According to the report, the Ministry of Health of Gaza said that at least 38 thousand 664 people have been killed in the Israeli attack on Gaza so far.
According to a statement, a total of 88 thousand 97 people have been injured in the Gaza Strip since the start of the war after Hamas attacked Israel.
Meanwhile, Israel Defense Forces (IDF) intelligence chief Major General Aharon Haliva is going to resign. He will do so within the next few weeks, the Jerusalem Post reported, citing IDF sources.
Haliva announced his resignation last April. In early May, IDF Chief Lt. Gen. Harji Halevi named Shalmi Binder as his replacement, number two at the IDF Operations Command.
Sources said at the time that the Haliwi Binder pairing could be completed by mid-June. However, due to the October 7 investigation, its implementation was delayed.
